About the Company and Role

Digitalike GmbH, a forward-thinking online marketing agency based in Berlin specializing in GEO and SEO, is seeking a passionate AI Automation Manager. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current internal processes and client workflows to identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and implement AI-Agents and automation solutions across SEO, GEO, content, and business operations.
Create and maintain n8n workflows along with other no-code and low-code automation tools.
Develop internal tools and prototypes leveraging advanced AI frameworks.
Conceive, draft, and refine prompts tailored to various applications.
Establish and enhance agent workflows and multi-agent systems.
Test, monitor, and continually improve AI-Agents regarding quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Integrate and automate systems such as CRM, Google Workspace, APIs, databases, and marketing platforms.
Collaborate closely with SEO, GEO, and content teams to innovate creative solutions.

Candidate Profile

Proven hands-on experience in AI Automation, AI Engineering, or AI Operations.
Experience creating and deploying AI-Agents to automate real-world business processes.
Deep knowledge of current Large Language Models, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
Skilled in Prompt Engineering with an ability to influence AI-Agent behavior and outputs effectively.
Analytical, organized, and solution-focused working style.
Product-oriented thinking with an understanding of technical decisions from a business perspective.
Self-driven, responsible, and proactive in sharing ideas.
A passion for continuously learning new technologies and tools.
Fluent German language proficiency at a native level and good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of SEO, GEO, and online marketing.
Programming skills, preferably Python and Flask or similar frameworks.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
