Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows on n8n that integrate AI models, client platforms like Shopify and WordPress, Google APIs, and internal tools.
• Create Python scripts and tools for extensive content creation, data processing, web scraping, and quality assurance tasks.
• Architect prompt systems for large language models such as Claude, Kimi, OpenAI, including multi-step workflows, structured outputs, validation processes, and enforcement of brand guidelines.
• Ensure the reliability of automation pipelines by monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and managing edge cases.
• Utilize Claude Code, Codex, and agentic workflows to automate coding and task execution.
• Develop validation layers to guarantee AI outputs comply with client brand rules, legal requirements, and marketing expectations consistently.
• Assess new AI technologies and APIs to integrate the most effective tools into the agency's stack.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Python programming, including API integration, data handling, error management, and writing maintainable code.
• Practical experience using n8n or Make for creating real-world production automation workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter) involving structured outputs, prompt sequencing, and managing token usage and costs.
• Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks, including authentication and debugging.
• A proactive builder mentality with a habit of automating repetitive tasks.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with Playwright or browser automation tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce internals.
• Knowledge of Shopify REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Competence in Google Apps Script and related Workspace APIs.
• Basic SEO knowledge including on-page SEO, technical SEO, and schema markup.
• Experience with vector databases like Supabase or Pinecone and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Understanding of FFmpeg or related media processing workflows.

What KD Digital Does Not Require

• Machine learning model training or development experience, as their focus is on using existing models.
• A formal computer science degree; demonstrated practical skills are prioritized.
• Pure prompt engineering or chat-based AI interaction experience without building production solutions.
