Position Overview

We are looking for fresh graduates to join as Associate Recruitment and Development Managers based in Nagpur, Nashik, and Pune. This role focuses on leading agency development efforts to meet sales goals and expand the agent network.

Key Responsibilities

• Target and accomplish sales objectives while driving growth in insurance premium collections.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a team of insurance agents or advisors.
• Formulate effective sales plans and develop new business opportunities.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients.
• Track team performance metrics and provide guidance and coaching to optimize results.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and promote ethical selling practices.
