Role Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily administrative operations through routine office support activities.
- Manage office facilities including pantry, stationery, and equipment upkeep.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, deliveries, and related administrative support.
- Assist procurement processes: gather quotations, prepare purchase orders, and monitor order statuses.
- Handle mail and courier operations including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Help coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and organize company administrative records and filing systems efficiently.
- Support travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents required for administrative purposes.
- Complete other ad hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned by the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Possesses strong organizational and administrative capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within teams.
- Responsible, proactive, enthusiastic about learning, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
