Role Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bendigo, VIC. This hybrid position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time opportunities and includes the possibility of some remote work. The role revolves around managing daily administrative responsibilities such as answering calls and emails, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with travel and business errands on behalf of the director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to building surveyors and senior management including document preparation and data management.
- Monitor project deadlines and track client details to assist in smooth project delivery.
- Handle all correspondence, organise electronic files, and aid basic report generation.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate office activities and schedules.
- Maintain proactive communication with team members and clients to support office functionality.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and strong skills in administrative tasks such as record management, scheduling, and clerical duties.
- Professional phone manners and effective communication to manage inquiries and client interactions.
- Experience supporting executives, including calendar oversight and meeting arrangements.
- Proficiency in standard office software including word processors, spreadsheets, email, and calendar applications, as well as comfort with digital filing systems.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a hybrid work environment, liaising between onsite and remote team members.
- Prior work experience in professional services, construction, or the property sector is highly desirable.
- Possession of a certificate or diploma in business administration or related fields is advantageous.
Additional Information
