About the Role

This Accommodation Supervisor position involves leading the housekeeping team to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train the housekeeping staff, managing schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and hotel areas.
• Conduct routine inspections including checkout and occupied rooms, as well as service zones like storage and corridors, to uphold quality and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to promptly address any facility or equipment issues.
• Oversee special housekeeping projects such as deep cleaning and other initiatives requiring focused attention.
• Manage inventory and upkeep of housekeeping equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure excellent service delivery by meeting special guest requests, including those of VIPs, to enhance guest experiences.
