UI/UX Design Internship (Remote)

Internship Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to engage in redesigning and optimizing the user interface and experience of HelloGrowthCRM, with a focus on mobile-first design and user accessibility. The role is intended for those looking to work remotely full-time over six months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current CRM interface to identify user pain points such as confusion or slow interactions.
• Redesign key screens including leads list, lead details, pipeline board, and dashboard to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Adopt a mobile-first approach in design, catering to users primarily operating via smartphones.
• Create and maintain a consistent Figma component library aligned with product development.
• Translate feedback from founders and customers into wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and review completed interfaces.
• Enhance onboarding experiences and empty states to facilitate quick engagement for new users.
• Ensure designs uphold accessibility standards, including readable contrast, appropriate tap sizes, and logical navigation focus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work remotely.
• Availability to begin between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month duration is required.
• Applicants should possess relevant skills and interest in UI/UX design, particularly for SaaS or B2B products; experience with CRM or dashboard interfaces is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

• A portfolio link showcasing work on platforms like Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or a personal website is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping features, is necessary.
• The ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions, beyond aesthetics, is essential.
• Full-time commitment of six days per week (Monday through Saturday) is expected.
