About the Internship
This opportunity involves managing essential human resources functions within the organization. Interns will actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job openings, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates for roles.
Additionally, interns will aid in the employee onboarding experience by welcoming new hires and facilitating their integration through orientation programs and ensuring all joining formalities and documents are completed efficiently.

Remuneration and Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging between INR 5,000 and INR 10,000. In addition, successful completion of the internship may lead to a permanent job offer, with an expected salary between INR 300,000 and 350,000 annually. Interns are also entitled to receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.
