About the Internship

Join Reducate.ai as a Human Resources intern to develop key competencies in communication, document management, and office productivity tools such as MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word. Enhance both written and verbal English skills while working alongside a proficient team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment workflow by reviewing resumes and arranging interviews.
Facilitate onboarding procedures and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
Manage and update employee information within HR databases.
Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development activities.
Support employee engagement programs including survey administration.
Help in preparing HR documents including policies, procedures, and manuals.
Work collaboratively with the HR team to improve internal HR operations and processes.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home format.
Must be able to commence the internship between July 24, 2026 and August 28, 2026.
Willingness to commit to a 2-month duration.
Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Compensation and Perks

Monthly stipend of INR 2000.
Certificate of internship completion.
Letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
