Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and recruiting potential candidates for different job roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews by liaising between candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep the candidate database updated and organized for easy access and tracking.
- Help facilitate onboarding processes and manage related documentation for new employees.
- Contribute to HR operational tasks and support initiatives aimed at employee engagement.
