About the Internship
This opportunity involves supporting the daily HR functions encompassing onboarding, documentation, and managing the employee lifecycle processes. The intern will aid in maintaining and updating employee records within the HR Management System (HRMS). Coordination with employees to address and resolve HR issues efficiently forms a key part of the role. The intern will also be responsible for generating HR reports, maintaining trackers, and preparing management information system (MIS) documentation through tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Additionally, the intern will contribute to HR-related projects, audits, and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR procedures alongside the People Team.
