About the Internship
Join Renan Partners as a Data Transcription Intern and gain hands-on experience working alongside our operations team in data transcription, annotation, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for converting various audio and text inputs into precise and consistent formats, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. This role offers exposure to dynamic data operations and process management in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and verify transcribed data ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain quality benchmarks while completing assigned work within set deadlines.
- Utilize MS Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary tools to organize and monitor transcription tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to clarify or correct ambiguous data entries.
- Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and feedback with the operations team.
- Support additional tasks including data labeling, annotation, and documentation as needed.
