Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

About the Company

Bharat Pushpam is a Pune-based company specializing in indoor and outdoor plants, garden upkeep, kitchen gardening, plant rental, and plant hostel services. They aim to enhance the greenery of homes and workplaces. The company is seeking enthusiastic interns who are interested in developing skills in customer service, plant care, sales, and business operations within a fast-expanding startup environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities

The selected interns will manage daily tasks such as handling customer queries via WhatsApp, telephone, and social media channels. They will help customers choose appropriate plants and gardening products, organize plant deliveries and schedule garden maintenance appointments, keep track of customer data, inventory, and order histories, and create basic social media content for customer engagement. Additionally, interns will assist in sales efforts to promote the company's offerings and advise customers on fundamental plant care. They may also take part in customer visits, exhibitions, community events, and other field-related activities as needed.

Eligibility and Additional Information

Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, onsite internship for a three-month period starting between June 25, 2026, and August 29, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests. Women who are aiming to start or resume their careers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Perks

The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from 8,000 to 16,000 INR and includes a certificate upon completion.
