Their main products include Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Organic Waste Composter (OWC) machines, vessels, tanks, agitators, Transfer Pumping Installations (TPI), Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) units, conveyor belts, shredders, screw press, and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) projects.
Job Overview
The company seeks a versatile Workshop & Fabrication Foreman to oversee and coordinate fabrication, installation, and maintenance operations for various water and waste management projects including STP, ETP, WTP, and OWC units. The candidate will be responsible for machine alignment, customized manufacturing, leading a team, facilitating new plant establishment, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage workshop activities related to fabrication and installation.
- Guide the fitter and foreman teams in executing assigned tasks.
- Perform machine alignments and handle specialized manufacturing processes.
- Oversee fabrication of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and machine design.
- Coordinate project execution and liaise effectively with clients and project teams.
- Lead development efforts for new plants.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience as a fabrication foreman or multi-skilled supervisor in water and wastewater or organic waste composting projects.
- Technical knowledge of bending, laser fiber cutting, rolling, lathe operations, sheet metal machinery, gearbox, motor, and electrical system maintenance.
- Ability to lead teams, supervise workshops, and manage project execution efficiently.
