Role Overview
The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a driven and innovative Workforce Recruitment and Retention Manager to spearhead the workforce strategy for a significant Community Investment Programme. This role is pivotal in collaborating with senior leadership, service managers, educational institutions, and recruitment partners to devise and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies that support community healthcare services in Enfield.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for roles within the community investment initiative.
- Create and execute comprehensive recruitment and retention plans to meet workforce demands.
- Offer specialist guidance to various stakeholders regarding recruitment policies and strategies.
- Monitor recruitment projects and keep vacancy tracking systems updated.
- Ensure adherence to NHS recruitment standards and internal policies.
- Manage and support the Recruitment & Retention Coordinator and their activities.
- Generate and analyze workforce data and reports to inform decision-making.
