Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations utilizing tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, and components including WECI, PECI, and PICOF.
- Implement integration solutions for inbound and outbound data flows across Workday modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Benefits.
- Maintain the performance and reliability of integration processes to ensure seamless data exchange.
Requirements
- Possession of Workday Integration Certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience ranging from 5 to 13 years in Workday HCM integration roles.
- Strong familiarity with the technical tools and platforms used for Workday integration development.
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed any graduate degree.
