Role Overview

This position is available as a full-time or part-time, on-site Window Cleaner based in the Bournemouth and Poole region. The role entails cleaning windows on residential and commercial buildings, covering internal and external glass surfaces, frames, and sills. Duties include employing suitable cleaning materials and tools, safely operating access equipment for working at height, and adhering to both company and regulatory safety guidelines. Traveling between different client properties along scheduled routes is required, ensuring contracted cleaning services are delivered as agreed. The Window Cleaner will also maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues, report maintenance or operational issues, and guarantee that all work sites remain tidy upon completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in window cleaning, including internal and external glass care.
• Familiarity with contract and commercial cleaning environments.
• Training and capability to safely work at height using ladders, platforms, or access equipment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and responsible handling of cleaning agents.
• Good physical condition and endurance to carry out manual tasks throughout workdays.
• Reliable with effective time management skills and precision in following cleaning schedules.
• Valid driving license with the capacity to travel among various client locations across the Greater Bournemouth Area.
• Previous background in exterior or facilities cleaning is advantageous; relevant certifications, such as work-at-height training, are highly valued.
