Job Overview

Mustang Fabrication Inc., a welding and fabrication company in Bellefonte, PA, is seeking full-time Welders/Fabricators and Laborers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret shop drawings and perform layout work accurately.
• Carry out welding tasks, requiring a minimum of 3 years' experience and FACW certification for Welders/Fabricators.
• Perform shop maintenance duties such as cleaning and organization of tools and workspace.
• Operate industrial painting and sandblasting equipment safely.
• For Laborers, read tape measures and safely operate band saws.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3 years of welding experience with FACW certification is mandatory for Welders/Fabricators.
• Ability to read tape measures for Laborer applicants.
• Capability to work safely with industrial equipment such as band saws, sand blasters, and paint sprayers.
• Willingness to work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible overtime.
