Overview
Join St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha as a Wedding Butler, providing bespoke and attentive service to wedding couples, their families, and guests throughout wedding events and stays to ensure a flawless and unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for wedding couples, VIP guests, bridal parties, and family members, anticipating their needs with meticulous attention.
- Greet and assist wedding guests during arrival, coordinating with Front Office staff to enable smooth check-ins and personalized room setups.
- Deliver amenities such as refreshments, coffee, tea, and any special guest requests with professionalism and timeliness.
- Review and communicate wedding event plans, guest preferences, VIP requirements to appropriate hotel departments ensuring impeccable service.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services to prepare and inspect guest rooms, bridal suites, and VIP accommodations tailored to client expectations.
- Coordinate pre-arrival communications and confirm special arrangements for wedding parties and key attendees.
- Escort wedding parties and VIPs to their rooms or event locations, ensuring welcoming and memorable experiences.
- Be present at crucial wedding moments and guest arrivals to provide proactive, personalized assistance and promptly address requests.
- Track and follow up on all wedding-related service requirements to guarantee timely execution and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee laundry, pressing, and garment care for wedding outfits and guest clothing, ensuring prompt service and return.
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, special requests, and service recovery notes within hotel systems for smooth guest service continuity.
- Work in synergy with Weddings, Events, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless execution of wedding functions and guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues swiftly, and contribute to delivering wedding celebrations that exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- At least 6 months of related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience or specific certifications necessary.
