Role overview
This position is for a Warehouse Supervisor in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting pharmaceutical products within a GMP-controlled manufacturing setting. What you will handle
- Take ownership of cold chain activities across temperature zones such as 2–8°C, -20°C, and other controlled environments.
- Maintain adherence to cGMP, GDP, SFDA, and other pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Supervise inventory control processes, including FEFO execution and accurate stock tracking.
- Support implementation of WMS and ERP connectivity, along with warehouse automation efforts.
- Contribute to digitization work, KPI reporting dashboards, and process improvement programs.
- Prepare the warehouse for audits and ensure quality compliance through coordination with different teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is required.
- You should bring 8–10 years of warehouse experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
- At least 5 years of this experience should involve managing cold chain operations.
- Practical exposure to WMS and ERP platforms is needed, with SAP being a preferred system.
- Previous work in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- GDP or GMP certification will be considered beneficial.
