Warehouse Store Person

About the Position

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for assembling and picking goods, efficiently loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory reception and stock placement, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. This role involves considerable physical labor including heavy lifting and demands adaptability to work various shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Work shifts from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Accurately pick and assemble inventory items
• Load and unload goods manually or using forklifts and other lifting machinery
• Maintain adherence to time management and product quality standards
• Be flexible for potential overtime hours

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold a current forklift licence (LF license mandatory)
• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities
• Prior warehouse work experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented setting

Compensation and Work Details

• Hourly pay starting at 31.23 AUD
• Expected work hours between 20 and 38 hours weekly
• 8-hour shifts
• Additional pay for penalty rates applicable
