Warehouse Store Keeper - Retail Warehouse Operations - Dubai Technopark

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Warehouse Store Keeper with expertise in retail warehousing operations, both inbound and outbound, to join our team in Dubai Technopark. The ideal candidate will be proactive and well-organized to ensure smooth stock flow from warehouse to stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits.
• Investigate and report any discrepancies in inventory to the supervisor.
• Monitor inventory condition, identifying damaged or outdated items.
• Ensure adherence to stock rotation policies.
• Oversee receipt of inbound shipments, verifying quantities and quality against documents.
• Record goods receipt in WMS or SAP systems.
• Supervise orderly, safe storage of products with correct labeling and location management.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support optimal space utilization.
• Execute picking, packing, and dispatch preparations according to company standards and customer needs.
• Support loading and unloading operations as needed.
• Execute inventory transactions in SAP EWM/WMS including transfer orders, put-away, replenishment, and dispatch.
• Ensure all transaction data entries are timely and accurate.
• Generate operational reports when required.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, security, and environmental protocols; promptly report hazards or incidents.
• Participate in safety training and continuous warehouse improvements.
• Contribute to productivity and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Support process improvements for better service and inventory accuracy.
• Engage in operational projects and manage peak season tasks.

Team Leadership

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in managing and motivating the warehouse team.
• Monitor staff productivity, quality of work, attendance, and discipline, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and escalate ongoing performance issues.
• Track daily KPIs and support corrective measures to enhance team performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehouse or logistics are a plus.
• 2 to 4 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles, preferably in retail distribution centers.
• Familiarity with SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar warehouse management systems.
• Experience in inventory control, goods reception, dispatch, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and documentation accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and basic warehouse/inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork across departments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting operational deadlines.
• Commitment to safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
