About the Role
Clay Clinic is in search of a committed and meticulous Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position plays a crucial role in managing medical and operational inventory efficiently, as well as supporting the daily functions of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and arrange incoming inventory accurately.
- Track inventory levels and assist with reorder processes for clinic supplies.
- Distribute necessary supplies to various clinic departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment in compliance with clinic policies.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Prior experience handling warehouse or inventory duties, preferably within healthcare.
- Excellent skills in organizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset to work effectively with colleagues.
