About the Role

Noorka Logistics invites dedicated and reliable individuals to join our warehouse operations team in Dubai as Warehouse Assistants. This position suits those who thrive in a dynamic logistics setting, assisting with various warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods and materials, unload shipments, inspect for accuracy, and store items properly.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment following company protocols.
• Help load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and appropriate storage conditions within the warehouse.
• Carry out regular stock inspections and participate in inventory counting and auditing processes.
• Ensure correct storage of products to avoid damage or loss.
• Keep inventory records updated and perform basic data entry when necessary.
• Adhere to warehouse safety standards and operational procedures consistently.
• Inform supervisors about damaged goods, discrepancies, or warehouse concerns.
• Assist warehouse and logistics teams with various operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related roles.
• Fundamental understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management techniques.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry items safely.
• Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills paired with an ability to work well within a team.
• Physically fit to perform tasks in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
