Role Overview

We are looking for refined and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. As the primary representatives of our dining establishments, you will ensure exemplary service throughout the entire guest experience, from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver superior food and beverage service, encompassing welcoming guests, accurately taking orders, serving meals, and processing billing in compliance with luxury service protocols.
• Provide personalized attention by anticipating guest preferences, recommending menu items thoughtfully, and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Address and resolve complaints proactively with empathy and professionalism to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service team members, maintaining transparent communication while prioritizing guest interests.
• Develop extensive knowledge of food menus, beverage pairings, and allergen information to confidently guide guests.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of experience in a comparable waitstaff or service position within a five-star hotel or upscale dining establishment.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; higher education or certification in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional language skills such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Mandarin are highly valued.
• A genuine passion for hospitality coupled with high emotional intelligence; candidates must exhibit excellent grooming, warm interpersonal skills, and a service-centered attitude.
