Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Voice Process Agent to join our team at Scoresoft Labs in Hyderabad. This role focuses on making outbound calls and diligently following up on assigned leads to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-ups on potential leads.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by comprehending their requirements thoroughly.
- Recommend suitable products tailored to customers' needs to build trust and enhance customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- At least six months of experience in any voice-based process.
- Educational qualification of 12th grade or higher; fresh graduates are also eligible to apply.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is mandatory to communicate effectively.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
- Location: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 per month.
