Our dynamic team includes about 350 creative professionals from 36 countries operating from two offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Role Overview

The animated series, Spike, is seeking skilled voice actors to animate its characters. The YouTube channel has amassed over a billion views, captivating children worldwide with universal, character-centric narratives. We are casting two lead roles: Spike, a fearless and imaginative 7-year-old boy turning everyday life into adventures, and Sparkle, his energetic 5 and a half year old sister who craves attention. Additionally, we need versatile actors capable of voicing recurring characters such as the knowledgeable giraffe Poem, the anxious but loyal elephant Muddles, the bully rhino twins Storm and Thunder, the eccentric scientist lion Professor Roar, and many others including parents, friends, and antagonists that enrich Spike's world.

Responsibilities

• Bring a variety of recurring characters to life with performances reflecting the show's playful and lively spirit.
• Create distinct voices and personalities for the international IP's characters.
• Deliver engaging voice acting that complements storytelling within fast-paced 3–5 minute episodes.
• Perform dialogue that enhances both comedic visuals and emotional depth.
• Maintain consistent character portrayal over multiple episodes.
• Follow direction carefully, adapting pace, emotion, and delivery as needed.
• Record crystal-clear, broadcast-quality audio using a professional home studio setup.
• Participate in remote recording sessions when directed.
• Meet production deadlines, contributing to Spike's regular weekly release schedule.
• Collaborate closely with directors and sound teams to ensure polished performances for every episode.

Candidate Expectations

• Demonstrated professional experience in voice acting for animation, gaming, children’s media, dubbing, or similar formats.
• Strong skills in character acting with unique, credible, and consistent voice portrayals.
• Excellent acting intuition and awareness of how voice supports visual narrative.
• Ability to take direction while offering creative input to deliver optimal performances.
• Clear speech, vocal control, and emotionally genuine expression.
• Fluency in English with expert command of American accents.
• Understanding of delivering voice performances that resonate cross-culturally, considering Spike's global audience.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving digital production environment.
• A dependable home recording setup producing broadcast-standard audio quality.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team and meet deadlines.

Compensation

Payment ranges from 40 to 120 euros gross per episode.

Additional Information

Selected applicants will be invited to audition for their preferred roles. The position demands remote work with potential for remote direction sessions.
