Role Overview - Virtual Relationship Manager (Intern - B2B Telesales)
- Engage with prospective POSP agents to expand the sales network.
- Manage and assist existing POS agents to stimulate sales growth.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational processes.
- Develop offline training and support frameworks for POSP agents.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain high motivation levels and demonstrate ownership in channel management.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional local languages is advantageous.
- Motivated to thrive in a challenging environment and willing to put in hard work for advancement.
Additional Information
- Position type: Internship/contract role for 6 months.
- Work location: Hyderabad.
- Stipend: INR 15,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
