Role overview
Al Sraiya Hospitality is hiring a creative Videographer / Photographer to assist its marketing team with visual content across hotels, restaurants, events, campaigns, and social media channels. This position is centered primarily on video production and editing, with a strong emphasis on short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, stories, and digital advertisements.
Portfolio requirement
Applicants must provide a portfolio link that demonstrates both video and photography work. Candidates with proven strength in video creation and editing will be given higher priority.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and edit short-form videos for social platforms, marketing campaigns, events, restaurants, hotels, and promotional use.
- Develop reels, story content, event recap clips, food visuals, lifestyle pieces, and basic interview-style videos.
- Photograph food, guest rooms, property facilities, events, products, and staff activities in a professional manner.
- Refine videos by adding music, captions, transitions, light color correction, and the correct export format.
- Perform photo retouching and resizing whenever needed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team using briefs and campaign needs as the basis for content production.
- Keep raw footage, edited files, and final deliverables well organized.
- Be available for urgent shoots, event coverage, and fast-turnaround content requests when required.
Experience and skills needed
The role calls for 2 to 4 years of experience in videography, photography, or content creation. Strong capability in video shooting and editing is essential, along with solid photography skills. Background in hospitality, restaurants, food, events, or lifestyle content is an advantage. Candidates should understand lighting, framing, camera movement, composition, and basic audio. Familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software is useful. The ideal candidate can work independently, meet deadlines, adapt quickly, and respond well to feedback.
