Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated individual with artistic talent and technical skill to lead the visual style and post-production of our videos. As a Video Producing, Editing, and Compositing Specialist, you will transform raw materials into premium cinematic documentaries by integrating high-end filmmaking techniques with advanced visual effects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, fast-paced documentary videos with attention to narrative rhythm and audiovisual harmony.
• Perform compositing by integrating graphic and live-action elements using both layer-based and node-based workflows.
• Utilize camera tracking and match moving to embed 3D graphics and data visualizations into footage.
• Design motion graphics including kinetic typography and dynamic charts to visualize complex financial data.
• Conduct precise rotoscoping and keying to composite complex scenes effectively.
• Apply professional color grading and audio design techniques to enhance storytelling impact.
• Research and implement Generative AI tools to support asset creation and optimize editing processes.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Strong grasp of filmmaking principles including shot composition and visual hierarchy.
• Expertise in compositing and VFX methods such as live-action compositing, match moving, camera tracking, and rotoscopy.
• Advanced skills in post-production processes including syncing audio-video, color grading, and sound editing.
• Proficiency or strong working knowledge of software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Nuke, Fusion, Mocha, SilhouetteFX, 3D Equalizer, Adobe Audition, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for efficient media production.
