Role Overview
This position is for a creative editor and motion graphics designer who can transform operational, business, and data-led ideas into sharp, easy-to-consume short-form videos. The work is centered on fast-moving content that keeps attention, communicates clearly, and feels polished for a trader and business-owner audience across India.
The content style should be highly visual and practical, with a strong focus on Hindi communication. Rather than abstract corporate visuals, the role calls for straightforward typography, relatable graphic elements, and engaging motion design that helps explain how logistics services simplify a trader’s day-to-day work. You will collaborate closely with the Content Manager to strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
Work Location and Format
The job is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, near Howrah Maidan Metro Station, about a 5-minute walk away. The working model is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Compensation
The monthly pay range for this role is ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with strong opening hooks, smooth flow, and engaging sound treatment.
- Produce motion graphics and visual assets that make business topics, workflows, and services easy to understand.
- Design posts, graphics, and flyer-style infographics that can be easily shared over WhatsApp.
- Create content with Hindi and Hinglish text overlays that are visually clear and aligned with regional preferences.
- Build subtitle and text treatments using Hindi fonts and layouts that stay readable even without sound.
- Work in coordination with the Content Manager to maintain a consistent brand style across video and design output.
Requirements
- Hands-on ability with both video editing tools and graphic design software.
- Comfort working with Hindi typography, subtitles, and regional visual styling.
- A portfolio link is required at the time of application.
- The portfolio should demonstrate both video editing work and graphic design samples.
- Selection is based entirely on portfolio quality and skill level.
