About the Role
We are seeking a fast-moving video editor who is passionate about short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos using attention-grabbing openings, subtitles, smooth transitions, and trend-driven audio choices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing short-form videos quickly while keeping the final output sharp, polished, and optimized for viewer retention.
- Adjusting editing style to suit different client types, including coaches, creators, and brands.
- Trying out new approaches to pacing, sound selection, and video formats to improve performance.
