About the Role

An exclusive Berlin-based AI venture studio is seeking a Venture Partner to join their team. The company remains confidential during initial recruitment phases. The studio focuses on launching innovative deep tech startups, particularly in AI, aiming to co-found 4–5 new companies annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead product validation, early-stage development, and ensure investment preparedness for multiple AI-focused startups each year.
• Discover, engage, and assess top-tier technical founders before company incorporation.
• Collaborate closely with founders during ideation to confirm hypotheses and shape product strategies.
• Manage the full cycle of product development from discovery to acquiring the first paying customers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical founders on product design and roadmap creation.
• Assess the technical feasibility and market potential of venture ideas presented to the studio.

Candidate Profile

• Experience building and launching AI or machine learning products in roles such as founder, senior engineer, or lead.
• Track record of guiding products from initial customer discovery through to monetization.
• Holds an advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or similarly quantitative disciplines.
• Deep domain expertise in sectors like Industrial AI, Healthcare, Robotics, or Financial Technology.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
