Role overview
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling, innovative business in Berlin for a proactive Venture Manager. This position sits at the centre of the company’s core operations, connecting high-potential talent with the needs of a growing organization. It comes with a base pay of €110k plus equity, offering a strong opportunity for someone who wants measurable impact in a rapidly expanding environment.
The role is best suited to someone who enjoys fast-moving settings, builds strong senior relationships easily, and wants to help shape strategic execution in a scaling company.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver commercial and operational plans that help increase market reach and revenue at speed.
- Build, maintain, and expand a high-value network of clients, strategic partners, and institutional contacts.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of important business projects and audience-focused campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and wider economic trends, then adjust internal direction quickly to preserve advantage.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define ambitious operating goals and ensure daily execution stays aligned with company objectives.
Candidate profile
- Background in venture capital, private equity, or startup settings, especially with exposure to go-to-market work.
- Good grasp of demographics and the ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate market potential and support decisions with data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for engaging founders, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written; German fluency is an advantage.
