Role overview

UVC Partners is hiring a full-time Venture Capital Analyst/Associate in Munich.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full investment lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to deal completion.
• Help support portfolio companies, including work related to follow-on rounds.
• Create and expand your own network to generate deal flow and identify promising founders early.
• Contribute to fund-level strategy, market research, and internal innovation initiatives.

Profile

• You hold a technical university degree, for example in STEM, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• You bring 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, or a leading consulting firm.
• You are highly analytical and comfortable with first-principles problem solving.
• You have a strong growth orientation and are intellectually curious.
• You work well in a team and are empathetic, communicative, and self-motivated.
• You are genuinely interested in technology, innovation, and the startup ecosystem.
