UX/UI Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Expert to collaborate with diverse teams in crafting innovative user experiences for both web and mobile platforms. The role involves designing wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups that effectively communicate design concepts while ensuring adherence to brand and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to define and execute creative UX strategies
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visually refined designs that articulate user flows and key interactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design principles, accessibility requirements, and brand consistency
• Iterate designs rapidly based on feedback, research insights, and usability testing results
• Prioritize the user’s perspective throughout the design process to balance visual appeal and usability
• Keep informed on current UX/UI trends, especially innovations relating to AI and machine learning
• Communicate design ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' professional experience as a UX/UI designer
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent aesthetic judgement focused on modern, clean, and accessible design solutions
• Experience partnering with product managers, developers, and AI teams
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience designing user interfaces specific to AI or machine learning applications
• Background in conducting user research and usability assessments within agile frameworks
• A portfolio demonstrating innovative problem-solving for intricate user flows with an emphasis on visual excellence
