Role overview
Elior Collegiate Dining is hiring a utility worker for its onsite team in Fairfield, Alabama. In this role, you will help keep sanitation activities running smoothly and support day-to-day completion of assigned tasks.
Key duties
- Clean floors and dining tables, and help maintain a tidy service area.
- Replenish supplies in the dining area as needed.
- Collect waste and ensure it is disposed of correctly.
- Receive incoming inventory and put stock away properly.
- Wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, cooking tools, the dish room, and related equipment.
What the team is looking for
- Comfortable following safe work procedures and using good judgment.
- Able to work on your own as well as collaborate with others.
- Previous experience in food service or a maintenance-related role is preferred.
Work location
This position is based at Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama (US-AL).
Compensation
Pay is $14 per hour.
