Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to operate from our office in Sector 83, Mohali. This role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, focusing primarily on sourcing and recruiting IT talent for State Government clients across the United States.
Primary Duties
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions within the US market.
- Source, evaluate, and screen candidates using job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Collaborate closely with State Government clients and primary vendors to understand and fill staffing needs.
- Perform initial candidate screening and coordinate subsequent interviews efficiently.
- Maintain and expand a robust talent pipeline comprising qualified IT professionals.
- Handle rate negotiations and foster strong candidate relationships throughout recruitment phases.
- Ensure timely submission of candidate profiles and accurately maintain recruitment performance indicators.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in US IT recruitment, particularly with State and Local Government (SLED) clients.
- Practical knowledge of US staffing regulations, including tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099, alongside visa classifications.
- Exceptional abilities in communication, talent sourcing, and negotiation.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented workplace.
