UKG/Kronos Test Analyst

Role Overview

Cleanaway is inviting applications for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Milton, Brisbane, for a UKG/Kronos Test Analyst to join its Payroll team. The focus will be on testing and validating payroll pay rules within the UKG/Kronos system to ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements and business mandates in a complex workforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed testing and validation of payroll pay rules and system modifications within UKG/Kronos.
• Analyze payroll results to detect and investigate any errors, discrepancies, or exceptions.
• Interpret Enterprise Agreements and industrial frameworks to ensure precise payroll configuration and testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing outcomes, suggest improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to address identified issues.
• Contribute to enhancing payroll system functionality through support of upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proven hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos systems, particularly in testing, validation, or payroll administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, award conditions, or intricate payroll regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving competencies with a focus on issue identification and solution recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience in payroll, workforce management, or HR technology roles within multifaceted organizational contexts.
