Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality articles including travel blogs, destination and city guides, airport guides, and detailed itineraries.
- Create landing pages, comparison charts, and other travel resources aligned with our products.
- Research extensively on destinations, attractions, transport, visa regulations, travel advice, and local experiences.
- Produce SEO-friendly content that attracts and engages an international audience of travelers.
- Work closely with SEO, Product, and Marketing teams to shape content strategies.
- Regularly update existing travel content to reflect new developments and search trends.
- Write product-centric travel content to help users understand and utilize Lascade’s services.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, readability, and user value in all content.
- Stay informed about travel trends, airline updates, tourism news, and changes in destinations.
- Maintain consistency with Lascade’s brand tone and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in travel writing, content creation, journalism, or content marketing.
- Fluent in English with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- A strong passion for travel and global exploration.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail for fact-checking.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Able to simplify complex travel information into clear, accessible content.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple writing assignments and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal travel experience in various countries.
- Previous experience writing destination guides or travel-focused blogs.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and conducting keyword research.
- Experience using AI-assisted writing technologies.
