Dewberry Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a Travel Consultant based in Surat, Gujarat to assist clients with their travel arrangements. The role involves offering advice on travel options, booking reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience tailored to individual preferences and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their travel desires, preferred destinations, and budget constraints.
- Recommend appropriate travel packages including domestic and international trips, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and local transport.
- Make and confirm travel bookings using Global Distribution Systems or other online platforms.
- Create personalized travel itineraries and supply necessary travel documents.
- Provide guidance concerning visa requirements, travel insurance options, passport rules, and destination specifics.
- Manage changes to bookings, cancellations, refund processes, and respond to client inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client details and booking transactions.
- Develop ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty.
- Achieve sales objectives and actively promote travel products and services.
- Stay informed about current travel industry trends, airline policies, and destination updates.
