About the Role
The position involves managing outbound sales inquiries for both domestic and international travel packages. The candidate is expected to understand client's travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to suggest the most suitable holiday plans. Customizing holiday packages and creating personalized itineraries as per client needs also forms a vital part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales inquiries regarding domestic and international vacation packages.
- Assess customer travel needs and budgets to recommend the best-fit travel package.
- Create customized holiday itineraries tailored to client preferences.
- Prepare and share detailed package quotations, including inclusions and payment plans.
- Maintain regular contact with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to encourage conversions.
- Convert sales inquiries into confirmed bookings and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of popular travel destinations both domestic and international.
- Collaborate with operations and suppliers to verify package feasibility, pricing, and secure booking confirmations.
- Accurately update lead and customer data in CRM or internal systems.
- Promote and upsell add-ons such as flights, sightseeing tours, transfers, and travel insurance.
- Ensure bookings are completed timely, payments are processed, and all required customer documentation is collected.
- Provide support post-sale to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
- Keep abreast of seasonal deals, destination trends, visa regulations, and travel policies.
