Job Overview

The L2 associate serves as a vital liaison between Amazon and its stakeholders, particularly interacting with seller points of contact, effectively representing Amazon itself. This role involves identifying and resolving delivery partner issues and recommending enhancements to operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient support to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
• Manage sensitive situations and escalate issues appropriately through the reporting hierarchy.

Qualifications

Basic:

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clear and accurate customer communication abilities.
• Strong comprehension skills to understand and articulate customer problems.
• Ability to maintain focus and see issues through to resolution.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent typing speed and web navigation skills.
• Proficient in managing email applications.

Preferred:

• Experience in logistics and similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
