Position Overview
This role involves performing helper tasks to support the assigned crew efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles to open parking spots using hand signals or signage to maximize space and maintain traffic flow.
- Keep an eye on parking areas for unauthorized vehicles, rule violations, or suspicious behavior.
- Ensure the parking lot is clean and safe by collecting litter, notifying about maintenance needs, and confirming proper lighting.
- Carry out frequent inspections to detect and address safety risks in the parking lot.
- Inform management of any accidents or damages to vehicles or property.
- Collaborate closely with security, supervisors, and other personnel to maintain smooth parking operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred minimum of three years' experience in industrial construction or maintenance roles.

- The job requires various physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and performing repetitive motions.
