Position Overview

This role involves performing helper tasks to support the assigned crew efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide vehicles to open parking spots using hand signals or signage to maximize space and maintain traffic flow.
• Keep an eye on parking areas for unauthorized vehicles, rule violations, or suspicious behavior.
• Ensure the parking lot is clean and safe by collecting litter, notifying about maintenance needs, and confirming proper lighting.
• Carry out frequent inspections to detect and address safety risks in the parking lot.
• Inform management of any accidents or damages to vehicles or property.
• Collaborate closely with security, supervisors, and other personnel to maintain smooth parking operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred minimum of three years' experience in industrial construction or maintenance roles.

Physical Demands

• The job requires various physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and performing repetitive motions.
