About the Role
The Transport Executive will oversee the everyday functioning of employee commute services, making sure transport runs punctually, smoothly, and to a high standard. The position focuses on coordinating vendors and drivers, planning routes and rosters, tracking vehicle movement and trip timing, handling employee queries and escalations, preparing operational reports, checking transport invoices, and ensuring adherence to company rules, safety norms, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily employee transportation operations and keep services running on schedule.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers for seamless execution.
- Create transport rosters and route plans.
- Track vehicle allocation, deployment, and trip schedules.
- Respond to employee transport concerns, questions, and escalations.
- Maintain MIS records and operational reports for analysis and monitoring.
- Verify transport-related invoices and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory obligations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Employee Transport Management Systems (ETMS) such as MoveInSync, Safetrax, TrackoBit, LocoNav, or comparable platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and operational analysis.
- Experience in transport operations, employee mobility, or fleet coordination is expected.
