Role Overview

The Training Team Lead will oversee the development and implementation of training and onboarding initiatives for both new hires and existing team members. This role ensures employees are well-prepared and supported in mastering processes, organizational tools, and workflows. Collaborating closely with the Training and Development Manager, Team Managers, BPO Managers, and other stakeholders, the Team Lead maintains training program quality and initiates continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs tailored for new employees.
  • Create and distribute onboarding schedules prior to new hires' start dates.
  • Conduct performance reviews and readiness assessments with managers during new hire recaps.

  • Facilitate the introduction of process updates, tool changes, and workflow improvements.

  • Partner with Team Managers to identify and address performance shortfalls promptly.
  • Maintain and update training documents, SOPs, job aids, and instructional videos stored in Google Drive.
  • Support BPO partners by designing and delivering targeted training programs, performing quality audits, and providing actionable feedback to enhance performance and process adherence.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience designing or managing structured onboarding or training programs, preferably in dynamic operational, BPO, or healthcare SaaS settings.
  • Effective communicator skilled at simplifying process changes for frontline employees.
  • Knowledge of payer enrollment systems and related procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to detect training and onboarding deficiencies proactively.
  • Experience producing and maintaining up-to-date training resources.
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration with management and training teams to resolve performance gaps.
  • Competent in using performance metrics to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with G Suite applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
  • Strong operational expertise and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
