About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Specialist to create, develop, and deliver impactful training programs aimed at employees, clients, and customers. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive training programs on automation, control systems, and process optimization tailored for diverse audiences including employees and external stakeholders.
• Develop educational content such as manuals, guides, and eLearning modules, ensuring these materials remain current and relevant to industry trends and innovations.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions that foster deep understanding through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
• Conduct assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learner skill development.
• Collaborate with various teams and subject experts to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly for maximum alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote knowledge sharing by creating infrastructure to document and disseminate training materials, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Continuously improve training offerings by adopting the latest methodologies and incorporating feedback from participants and industry advancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ professional experience in training, instructional design, or similar roles, ideally within technical fields like automation or control systems.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering technical training for heterogeneous audiences.
• Competency with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate and Captivate.
• Thorough understanding of training theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design techniques.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills enabling engagement across a variety of learner groups.
• Capability to break down intricate technical concepts into understandable content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
• Exceptional organizational ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
