Role Overview

The Training Manager is responsible for enhancing the capabilities of Sales Managers by providing comprehensive training programs that improve job knowledge and skills. This role focuses on delivering induction programs, recruitment assistance, and skill development workshops related to selling techniques to boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage training activities for one Bancassurance channel circle.
• Ensure delivery of the required number of training days to achieve optimal training coverage.
• Conduct product training sessions and offer field support for newly onboarded employees.
• Continuously observe and track the progress of Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with the Sales team within the designated region to align learning initiatives and identify ongoing training needs.
• Commit to personal skill enhancement and foster development to meet the evolving training requirements of channel partners and sales teams.
• Drive measurable improvements in sales productivity through targeted training efforts.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Graduate-level education is mandatory.
• Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and training sessions.
• Fundamental knowledge of insurance and financial services industry.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance-related training preferred.

Additional Information
