About the Role

We are currently seeking a Tool & Storekeeper to join our team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance and return of tools, keeping careful records of tool distribution to workers and technicians.
- Maintain detailed logs for tool usage, material distribution, and returns to ensure clear tracking.
- Generate reports detailing stock levels, identify damaged tools, and highlight replenishment requirements.
- Perform regular physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy against system records.
- Maintain effective communication with maintenance, procurement, and related teams to coordinate tool and material management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of High School education.
- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach and excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities within large organizational environments.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Strategic thinking and openness to innovative ideas.
- Ability to deliver business outcomes in a multicultural setting.
