Job Overview
As a Tender Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will manage various tasks related to tender processes and client engagement within Globe Ecologistics. This involves preparation, submission, and tracking of tender documents across multiple online government and industry portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive summaries for tenders and maintain accurate tracking of their status throughout the bidding process.
- Research available tenders suited for different clients, securing necessary approvals and pricing details before proceeding with bids.
- Independently prepare and submit tenders on respective portals, ensuring full compliance until final submission.
- Upload detailed product catalogues on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal as per the requirements.
- Prepare and submit documentation addressing any shortfall identified during tender evaluation stages.
- Share billing information with customers and upload corresponding invoices on the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to follow up on Contract Release and Acceptance Certificates (CRAC) issuance and payment updates.
- Monitor the validity of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and organize timely renewals.
- Periodically review expiry status of key certifications such as ISO and OHSAS, and facilitate necessary renewal procedures.
- Manage and operate various online tender portals, including ONGC, Oil India, GeM, and GTC.
Compensation Details
The monthly salary range for this position is INR 25,000 to INR 45,000.
